2. To be eligible, entries must be received on or before December 28, 2009, the contest closing date. All entries become the property of Realty World, Inc. who assumes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, misdirected or delayed.

3. There will be six (6) prize winners who will share the $15,000 prize as follows:

  ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE winner will receive $10,000 spending money (awarded in the form of a check) or 2 million Platinum Reward Points, which can be redeemed at www.realtyworldpoints.com   

  FIVE (5) FIRST PRIZE winners will each receive $1,000 spending money (awarded in the form of a check) or 200,000 Platinum Reward Points, which can be redeemed at www.realtyworldpoints.com .

   Prizes must be accepted as awarded; no substitutions will be made. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned except by Realty World, Inc.

4. Following the close of the contest, random selections will be made on January 5, 2010 at the Realty World, Inc. Corporate Office in Costa Mesa, CA from among all eligible entries received. Decisions of Realty World, Inc. are final. Odds of being selected will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by telephone during normal business hours on January 5, 2010 and must respond no later than 5:00 P.M. Pacific Time on January 7. Realty World, Inc. will make every reasonable effort to contact winners; however, if unable to reach entrant, an alternate winner will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries and will have 48 hours to respond. Realty World, Inc. expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prizes awarded. Realty World, Inc. will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.

The $15,000 SWEEPSTAKES is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (except for residents of New York and New Jersey) and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older. Officers, directors, employees, or independent contractors of REALTY WORLD, INC. ("Sponsor") and its member brokers, agents, advertising or promotional agencies, approved vendors (collectively the "Released Parties"), as well as any members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling and child) and persons living in the same household are ineligible. Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM (ET) on January 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on December 28, 2009.
By entering, the winners agree to the use of their names, addresses, and photographs, without remuneration, for publicity and promotional purposes by the sponsor. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, licenses, insurance and any other applicable cost. This is not intended to solicit property already listed for sale.
