I have been a Realtor and Broker now for 31+ years. I am also a licensed mortgage broker and owner of Phoenix Funding, giving me an in-depth insight into real estate financing. In my younger days, I worked in the construction industry as a carpenter and now a current owner of Next Generation Design & Build.
