1. To enter, complete your Realty World® $10,000 Sweepstakes entry form, affix proper postage, and mail it to Realty World, Inc. $10,000 Sweepstakes, 1101 Dove Street, Suite 228, Newport Beach, CA 92660. Entries may also be transmitted electronically from our website at reallium.net.

2. To be eligible, entries must be received on or before June 15, 2027, the "contest closing date." All entries become the property of Realty World, Inc., which assumes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, misdirected, or delayed.

3. There will be six (6) prize winners who will share the $10,000 prize as follows: *ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE winner will receive $5,000 (awarded in the form of a check). FIVE (5) FIRST PRIZE winners will each receive $1,000 (awarded in the form of a check). Prizes must be accepted as awarded; no substitutions will be made. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned.

4. Following the close of the contest, random selections will be made on June 20th, 2027, at the Realty World, Inc. Corporate Office from among all eligible entries received. Decisions of Realty World, Inc. are final. The selection odds will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone during regular business hours by June 30th, 2027. Realty World, Inc. will make every reasonable attempt to contact winners up to July 16th, 2027, and winners must respond by 5:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time on that date. Realty World, Inc. disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and subsequent use of the prizes awarded. Realty World, Inc. will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.

5. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The $10,000 SWEEPSTAKES is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older. Officers, directors, employees, or independent contractors of REALTY WORLD, INC. ("Sponsor") and its member brokers, agents, advertising or promotional agencies, approved vendors, as well as any members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling, and child) and persons living in the same household, are ineligible. Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM (ET) on December 31st, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on June 15th, 2027. By entering, the winners agree to the use of their names, addresses, and photographs, without remuneration, for publicity and promotional purposes by the Sponsor. Winners are solely responsible for taxes, licenses, insurance, and other applicable costs. This is not intended to solicit properties already listed for sale. Distributed where permitted by law. 

 

Realty World, Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and select winners from among all eligible entries received before the cancellation.
